Aura Landmark began with a single plot in the Industrial Area of Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh — and a belief that the region was primed for institutional-grade real estate development. Today, we acquire and develop premium plotted projects, boutique residences, and managed second homes across the Solan district and beyond.

Our operating model is straightforward: identify undervalued hill-station land, run rigorous title and approvals diligence, develop with credible partners, and offer co-investment opportunities to a select cohort of Indian families, NRIs, and institutions.

For verification: customers receiving messages on WhatsApp Business from the display name "BioLexa (Aura)" are communicating with Aura Landmark (registered in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh, India).
